What is the “Förderpreis Junge Ulmer Kunst”?

The City of Ulm awards a promotional prize for young artists with a connection to Ulm every two years. The prize has a total value of €12,000, with €2,000 awarded in each category. The main aim is to support emerging artists who are at a transitional stage in their careers—either currently undergoing artistic training or on the verge of entering a professional artistic career.
